These large scale Van Dyke /Cyanotype photograms layer traces of the microcosm and macrocosm with shadows of human figures. The figures float in a sea of ghostly corn stalks, insects, fossils and microscopic shapes, while a satellite image hovers over them. There are only 5 images because there are only five types of satellites orbiting the earth –communication, navigation, military/espionage, weather, and astronomy. These images question our place in a mediated universe.
